 No. Unlike handymen and other larger companies who charge you just for turning up, your monthly subscription covers your visits entirely. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges for your allotted plan visits. 

 Available on Silver and Gold plans, we use state-of-the-art 4K drones to inspect your roof. This allows us to get within feet of your chimney stacks and tiles without using heavy ladders or scaffolding. We then provide you with high-definition photos and video footage so you have a digital record of your roof’s health. 

 Think of this as an MOT for your house. Once a year, we conduct a deep-dive inspection of your property’s vital signs—checking for damp, inspecting window seals, testing alarms, and (for Silver/Gold) conducting the drone roof survey. 

 All discounts are dependent on your specific plan and what they include IE the gold plan will give you 10% on both labour and materials, whereas our bronze plan will give you only a 10% discount on materials  etc. check which plan you are on to understand your particular discount. 

 While we recommend spacing visits out to ensure proactive care, we are flexible. If you have a backlog of small jobs—like a leaky tap, a squeaky door, and a loose shelf—you can combine your visits to get your home back in top shape in one go. 

 Never. In fact, our service is designed for the small jobs that most handymen won't turn up for. Whether it's changing a hard-to-reach lightbulb or fixing a cupboard hinge, we are here to help. 

 The Gold Package is our best value. With 13 visits a year, the "cost per visit" is the lowest we offer. It is designed for homeowners who want their property maintained to the highest standard every single month, ensuring the long-term value of their home is protected. It also suits landlords who want a fully managed service. Either landlord or renter can book visits as needed.

 For basic consumables (screws, washers, etc.), these are often included. For larger items like a new tap or a length of guttering, we provide a transparent quote with your 10% subscriber discount applied. You are also welcome to provide your own materials for us to install.
